Shipping Policy
At Beezy’s Pepper Products, we take pride in the craft and care put into every bottle. We want to ensure your “sting” arrives safely and quickly.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within [2-3] business days. During peak harvest seasons or holidays, please allow for slight delays.
- Carrier: We ship via [UPS/FedEx]. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our kitchen.
- Shipping Zones: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of food products and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.
- Damaged Items: We know the road can be bumpy! If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, please take a photo of the damage and the packaging and email it to [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit.
- Heat Level: Heat is subjective! We provide a heat scale for every product to help you choose wisely. We cannot offer refunds if a sauce is “too hot” or “not hot enough” for your personal preference.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within [12] hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
